Where we ship

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners.

For international orders, write to us before placing the order and we will confirm availability and rates for your country.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Metro cities usually receive parcels in 2–4 business days; other locations take 4–7 business days.
• During festive periods, sale weeks and regional disruptions, courier networks can add a day or two.

Shipping charges

• Free delivery on every order above ₹999.
• Below ₹999, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pin codes and may carry a small handling fee.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier you receive a tracking link over email and WhatsApp. Tracking can take a few hours to start updating after dispatch.

If tracking has not moved for more than 48 hours, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.

Delivery attempts and address changes

• Couriers make up to three delivery attempts before returning a parcel to us.
• Tell us within a few hours of ordering if you need an address correction · once the parcel is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
• Undelivered parcels that come back to us are refunded to the original payment method after we receive them.

Damaged or missing parcels

If the outer packaging looks tampered with, please refuse delivery and tell us the same day. For anything damaged in transit, send photos of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
