Using this website

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the store without notice.

Products and information

• We describe our formulas, ingredients and pack sizes as accurately as we can. Packaging and shade can vary slightly between batches.
• Product information on this site is general guidance for everyday baby care and is not medical advice.
• Patch test before first full use, and consult your paediatrician if your baby has a diagnosed skin condition or is on medication.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised or a cash-on-delivery order is verified.
• We may cancel an order in cases of pricing or stock errors, failed address verification or suspected fraud, and refund any amount paid in full.
• Only one discount or offer applies per order unless we state otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Snuggle Cub name, logo, packaging design, photography, videos and website copy belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Reviews and submissions

When you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to publish it, in full or edited for length, alongside your first name. We remove any submission on request.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law and contact
